The original wood deck boards and stair treads on this mobile home had worn down over the years, leaving a tired, splintering surface that needed more than just a fresh coat of paint.
We removed the old decking down to the joists and stair stringers, then installed new gray composite decking across the full deck and side stairway for a durable, low-maintenance surface that won't rot, warp, or need refinishing. The existing white picket railings were kept and refreshed to match. The result is a clean, modern deck and staircase that holds up to weather without the upkeep of traditional wood.
